Job Description Music for Life Kids teaches kids from 6 weeks old to 6+ years old classical music, and we are growing very quickly! We need a cold caller to do lead generation to help us reach our goals, and quick! You don't need experience in the field to apply, hence why we have posted this job in many different areas. What you do need is a good sense, an intuitive sense, of people. You must also like talking to people and learning about who they are and what makes them tick. Here at Music for Life, we look for superstars, those who want to put in the hard work and watch how the world can become a better place for it. Those who routinely call off, jump from position to position in search of immediate monetary gain rather than sticking in it for the long haul and more valuable rewards are not what we are looking for. It will be your job to not only be a superstar but to find more like you to join our ever-growing team. You must have excellent English with either an English accent or a British accent and like being on the phone. You must be available to work from home at 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday (40 hours/week). Starting salary is $80/week+$5 BONUS for each successful lead, which can easily add up to over $50 in extra bonuses per week. Upon successful completion of your first two weeks, which is the trial period, you will receive a 10% raise to your base salary and will steadily be given 10% raises on a consistent basis as you continue to grow with our amazing team.
