A secretary is responsible in providing personal information administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
>prepare and disseminate correspondence, reports and documents
>organize and coordinate meetings
>maintain schedules and calendars
>set up work procedures
>communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
>liaison with internal and external contacts
>file and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
>develop and maintain filing system
