Help Wanted: Administrative Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR:
HR RECRUITER
- Will be an important resource for power to change ministries as it expands its staffing needs. This position will assist with recruiting and support staff and interns, reviewing and interview candidates and providing resources to support recruitment efforts. The successful intern will be challenged with hands-on Human Resource project and function.
- Assist the coordinator in field and support staff recruitment
- Filter resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews or first interviews.
- Confirm the job responsibilities and qualifications.
- Create and compile a wider selection interview questions.
- Performance evaluation and management.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings.
- To manage personnel needs and candidates.
- Create and maintain all personnel files.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings including agendas.
- Communicated via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources.
- Managing sickness records and the overall sickness administration of the company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years old and above.
- Highschool Graduate
- Senior Highschool Graduate
- Undergraduate
- College Graduate
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Pleasing personality
- With good communication skills

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Support sales and business staff daily projects.
- Create invoices and process customers payment.
- Manage front reception are in a clean organized and professional way.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational, prioritization skills, attention to detail.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years old and above.
- Highschool Graduate
- Senior Highschool Graduate
- Undergraduate
- College Graduate

MARKETING AND ADMIN STAFF
- Creative thinker and ability to suggests improvement.
- Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.

- Undergraduate
- College Graduate
