About the position:
Work in a virtual environment where you will experience a lively office atmosphere. The call agent will be handling outbound calls to verify the information.
Full-time or Part-time
Handling high-volume outbound calls per day
The ideal candidate:
has calling experience (CSR, virtual assistant, call center operator, etc.)
has outstanding communication and time management skills
must speak fluent English
must be able to work in a quiet environment
has a working headset
works 20 or 40 hrs/week
is able to work within 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) hours
has reliable internet connection with the minimum download speed of 10 Mbps
Bonus points if you have:
experience in outbound calling
Training and software for calling will be provided. Successful candidates will go through a one-month probation period.
